Bois Brule River
Camping at Amnicon Falls State Park Friday and Saturday nights, canoeing the Bois Brule River on Saturday. Parents are encouraged
to come and join us for this fun and wonderful trip.
Friday June 10 through Sunday June 12, 2011
We REQUIRE 1 Adult for EACH of the FIRST YEAR Scouts. No Exceptions. The adult does not need to be a parent, but they need to be 18
or older. They can be a grandparent, older sibling, or another adult from the troop. We encourage all adults to attend the canoe trip
with their scout because this is such a fun trip. Even if you are not a “Swimmer” you may still canoe. The Brule is a very safe (shallow)
river and we will insure a strong swimmer is paired with you.
Parents are encouraged to Camp and Canoe!
