"We were very busy grilling and selling brats and hot dogs from 3:30 to 10:00. We had a small, but great group of helpers. They were Mr. Kellum, Mr.Vanderlinde, Mrs. Vanderlinde, Mrs.Ziegler and my mom and dad. Mrs.Swiecowski helped out at the end. The scouts that helped out were Aaron Laska, Jason Vanderlinde, Nathan Vanderlinde, Drew Kellum, Jacob Ziegler and Luke S.
We grilled and sold over 500 brats and hot dogs and we raised exactly $1,000 towards the Cure for Cancer. " (A. Laska)
