Fort Snelling Cemetery volunteer opportunity!

On Saturday Feb 1st, Fort Snelling Cemetery needs help. Please join us to help take care of one of the most important places in the Twin Cities. 

What: Fort Snelling Cemetery Wreath Clean up
Where: Fort Snelling Cemetery(Near the Activity Center with the Brown Trailer, at the corner of LaBelle and Nelson). Meet at WCC to carpool from there. We'll stop at YoYo Donuts on the way!
When: Approximately 9:00am - 12 noon, Please be at WCC at 7:45am so we can get going shortly after that. Approximate return to WCC around 12:00
Accomplishments: The satisfying feeling of helping out a historic place in our community. It is a free event, but $1 will get you a patch.
Beverages: Hot drinks are available in the trailer, however please BRING YOUR OWN CUP!
Tools: 1. Wire Cutters. 2. Sleds are the most handy to drag the wreaths to trucks. 3. Open bed Pick Up trucks and/or trailers to transport the wreaths to the dump area
Dress: This is an all outdoor activity, so please dress accordingly for the weather. As Boy Scouts, you need to Be Prepared!
