Mini Point Adventure
Sunday evening, 6/17 through Tuesday evening, 6/19
Yay, Mini Point is almost here! The purpose of this camp is to offer several of the Second Class and First Class requirements for scouts who need them. The camp is open to any Scout who needs to work on these requirements.
One special feature of this camp is the ability to come and go as you please. The camp will be hosted at Half Moon Campsite at Baker Park Reserve. This local site makes it easy to leave for a baseball or soccer event and then return to continue your efforts. The camp will start Sunday night June 17th and conclude with a special dinner and campfire program, prepared by the scouts for their families on Tuesday the 19th beginning at 7PM. The fee for this camp is $35 per scout and adults may attend at no charge. Working on Tenderfoot? The focus will be Second and First Class requirements, and any Scout with needs for Tenderfoot requirements can attend and work on those as well. Mr. Smith needs to know what those are in advance and while at camp to make sure they are doable and can be fit into the time allotted. |
