Completed BSA health forms A&B are required to attend. You can get the forms here.

If you have multiple people you need to add, please do NOT change the quantity in your cart from 1. Instead, register each individual one at a time by clicking on the link, registering one person, then coming back and clicking on the link again to register another single person. This is due to the fact that the forms that we need filled out are embedded in the registrations, so we need each person to be registered individually. You will be able to add each individual registration to your cart before payment though.
